Our attorneys regularly represent unions and retired members of unions, whose memberships encompass the vast majority of America’s unionized industrial workers.  We also represent others whose labor contracts are with employers in retail, service and public sectors.  We have represented many unions, including the following:

• The United Steelworkers (USW), with 1.2 million working and retired members in the U.S., Canada and the Caribbean.
• The United Auto Workers (UAW), with more than 400,000 active members and 580,000 retired members.
• The International Association of Machinists (IAM), with nearly 600,000 active and retired members.
• The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), with approximately 775,000 active members and retirees.
• The United Food and Commercial Workers (UFCW), with 1.3 million workers in the U.S. and Canada.
• The Society of Professional Engineering Employees in Aerospace (SPEEA), with 17,000 engineers, technical workers, pilots and professionals in the aerospace industry.the
• The International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF), with more than 326,000 professional fire fighters and paramedics in the U.S. and Canada.
