Partners Bill Payne, Pamina Ewing, and Joel Hurt, along with other Feinstein Doyle Payne & Kravec, LLC lawyers, have represented retired members of the United Steelworkers, United Auto Workers, the International Chemical Workers Union Council of the UFCW, the Paper, Allied-Industrial, Chemical & Energy Workers (PACE), the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) and the United Electrical Workers (UE). Referring to Bill, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals said that retirees would be “hard pressed to find someone with greater experience in handling class actions … and claims of the type asserted in the action or an attorney with more knowledge of the applicable law.’” UAW v. General Motors Corp., 497 F.3d 615, 626 (6th Cir. 2007).
