Emily Rollins is an attorney with Feinstein Doyle Payne & Kravec, LLC, practicing in the firm’s class action litigation group.

Emily is passionate about achieving equitable outcomes. Prior to joining the firm, Emily clerked with a plaintiff’s side personal injury firm and interned with an environmental non-profit law firm and an environmental advocacy non-profit organization during law school.

Emily earned her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh in 2022; an M.Sc. in food, agriculture, and resource economics from the University of Guelph in 2015; and her B.A and B.S from the University of Reno Nevada in 2010. While in law school, she concentrated in environmental law and served as Staff Editor and Senior Topics Editor of the University of Pittsburgh Law Review.

Emily is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the Supreme Court of Massachusetts.

In her spare time, Emily enjoys dancing, live music, cooking, Taekwondo, and exploring good places to eat in and outside of Pittsburgh.
