Brooke E. McCaffrey

Brooke McCaffrey is an attorney who focuses her practice on protecting consumers and insureds.

Brooke earned her J.D. from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University in 2025. In law school, she served as Production Editor for the Duquesne Law Review and was a member of the executive board for the Public Interest Law Association. She also interned and externed with public interest law and policy organizations, including the Pennsylvania Innocence Project, the Education Law Center- PA, and the Community Justice Project. Brooke also participated as a student member of the Pittsburgh Intellectual Property Law Association and the Media Law Resource Center.

Prior to law school, Brooke graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Strategic Communication and a minor in Media Production from the Ohio State University. As an undergraduate, Brooke interned with artistic and advocacy-centered organizations based in Washington, D.C., and Columbus, Ohio.

Brooke is admitted to practice before the courts of Pennsylvania.
